You can manifest anything. When you focus and concentrate your energy on a goal, you automatically begin thinking about it and taking steps towards it. The more focused you are, the faster you will be able to achieve it. Just think what you could accomplish with a little focus and concentration improvement. Use your imagination to connect your emotions to your actions. Let’s say you have to study for some kind of exam and it’s a subject you have absolutely zero interest in. Your mind naturally wanders to something else that you are interested in, something that makes you feel better so you aren’t so bored. Maybe it’s a movie you enjoyed recently. So what you do is imagine the actors in that movie are acting out or just saying the words of whatever it is you’re studying. You’ve livened up the topic and you’re going to remember what you’re studying. Add some music. Want to move a piece of information from short-term memory to long-term memory? Try singing it as you repeat it. For example, you need to memorize a phone number so you look it up. Sing the number five or six times and it will stick with you much longer than if you just repeat it. Add in a few dance moves as well and you’ll really make it stick. When you have trouble focusing your mind, try journaling. Getting into the habit of writing about your thoughts ever day will help you see what your mind is focusing on so you can put the focus where you want it to be.
