If yours is running low, you may think it's impossible to gain self confidence. After all, confidence is something you can't touch or feel, and you may not even realize yours is low until you really need it. Taking baby steps will help you reach your goal, and that success will help you to become more confident for nest time. And don't forget to ask for help if you need it. When you have success, acknowledge it. Don't attribute it to luck or anything else. You accomplished your task because of your skills and your ability, no other reason.
